Sempre nella stessa area, nel mese di settembre Karoline aveva risolto altri due 8A+: "Peter Pan" (seconda salita) e "Der Narzisst", mentre a Rocklands, quest’estate, era riuscita a salire "Ray of Light", 8B.

A Varazze Pietro Biagini riesce a ripetere "Gioia (stand-start)" 8B, un blocco sul quale 7 anni prima aveva assistito ad una rapida ripetizione da parte di Paul Robinson. Fu la scintilla per la motivazione di poterlo risolvere anche lui un giorno.

"First time I came under this boulder was 7 years ago, that day after sending my very first 7B I met Paul Robinson during his first day there in Varazze.
Later we moved together to Gioia, because he wanted to try it, but he hadn't enough pads and after 15 minutes he was standing at the top of it. Since that moment I always wanted to hold on those 3 crimps without falling...
Well, today, 7 years later, I did it, marking what is probably my best rock climbing achievement!"

Stefano Carnati sale il suo primo 8C con "Dreamtime", storico e bellissimo boulder di Cresciano.

"Yoo! Did the stand one month ago (which I tried a few days over the past years) and it took me 2 more sessions to finish it off. 8B+, 8C, I'm definitely not the one who can tell, but who cares with such a line! So stoked!"

Sullo stesso blocco, alcuni giorni dopo, riesce a ripetere anche "The Story of Two Worlds".

"Real Absurdistan" è il nuovo boulder aperto da Toni Lamprecht (48 anni) nell'area di Kochel e fa parte del cosiddetto "Stoamatz-Project" sul quale è al lavoro da più di due anni.

"It is a part of the so called "Stoamatz-Project", which I am trying since more than 2 years. "Real Absurdistan" is the lowest start of the roof part. It is 17 moves long, moves that afford besides maximum span a lot of body tension and good coordination. I tried it at least 60 to 70 days. This spring 20-30 and another 15 sessions this autumn/winter."

Toni aveva già risolto una parte del progetto nello scorso giugno, al quale ora è stata aggiunta la partenza bassa.
L'intero progetto prevede di proseguire su un traverso di 8A+ con movimenti complicati su svasi, per un totale di 33 movimenti.

Marcello Bombardi ripete "Re di Pietra", alta linea di 8B aperta nel 2010 da Christian Core a Mombracco.
A suo parere il più bel boulder da lui salito fino ad ora.

Re di Pietra 8B. It has earned yesterday the first place in the ranking of the best boulders I have climbed and I think it will be hard to beat!"

Nel mese scorso aveva risolto anche "Radja", storico blocco di Fred Nicole, nell’area di Branson con un nuovo metodo valutabile 8B.

Recente inoltre la sua salita di "Incidente a Glasgow" 8A+ di Gabriele Moroni situato ad Outrefer.

Eliot Stephens ripete "Arzak", blocco di 8C aperto da Fred Nicole in Murgtal nel 2015.

"Pretty pleased to end the trip climbing this great @fred_nicole boulder. An 8 metre high ships prow with some fingery and subtle movement to a pretty committing finish."

Quarto 8C per Jernej Kruder che a Cresciano risolve "Dreamtime".

"On the first few sessions already falling from the last move. I can't believe I needed more than 16 days for this one. Low percentage moves made it difficult for me, even though they didn't feel too hard. Dream line *****"

Dopo 12 giorni di tentativi, intervallati da una pausa a causa di un infortunio, Dai Koyamada riesce a salire "Sanctum", un nuovo blocco nell'area di Shirakawa, in Giappone.

"I did have a strange premonition but didn’t think I would be sending it today. And it came almost all too suddenly and easily, but thinking back on the process I went through it was a really hard struggle. Above all, this problem has such technical and complex moves that it took substantial amount of time and effort just to find and construct them into sequences."

Dai pensa che la difficoltà possa essere superiore ad 8C ma non sa se tanto da far salire la valutazione ad 8C+. Propone quindi 8C/8C+ e attende parere dei prossimi ripetitori.

Sempre impegnato con le competizioni e gli allenamenti indoor, Tomoa Narasaki si concede poche uscite sui blocchi, ma quando lo fa i risultati sono sempre di altissimo livello. Lo vediamo infatti riuscire nella salita flash di "Decided", situato nell'area di Mt. Mizugaki. Per lui si tratta del primo flash su un 8B+.

Decimo 8C per Christof Rauch che riesce a ripetere "Sierra Madre", boulder aperto da Florian Schmalzl in Zillertal nel 2018.

"One of the best and hardest lines in the valley! Would be even better without this nasty, sharp microcrimp on the upper part. Props to my friend Flo for establishing such a five star line!"
