Nicolai Užnik ripete Bügeleisen sit-start e apre Witchcraft 8C

Fine 2020 fruttuoso per Nicolai Užnik, prima con la realizzazione della quarta salita di "Bügeleisen sit-start", 8C (+) in Maltatal e poi con l'apertura di "Witchcraft" a Villach, blocco che gli ha richiesto molti tentativi suddivisi su nove sessioni, per il quale propone il grado di 8C.

Today I climbed one of the best lines there are. Opened by @nalle_hukkataival in 2014, I was able to claim the 3rd repetition of this kingline! I started trying the Sit Start this summer in obviously not the best conditions and after a lot of rainy weather in the last few months, today was actually the first time I got to try it after a while. Cleaning the topout which was completely covered in snow was the first obstacle but only shortly after doing so, I surprised myself with the send in my first go of the day. So psyched!!

"After nine sessions and hundreds of times falling at the crux, today I was able to connect all moves and send this short and extremely powerful line. I have never put so much effort in a boulder before, which is why I am even happier about finally climbing it."
