Elias Iagnemma riesce in una delle rare salite (molto probabilmente la terza) di "Eminem", al Rifugio Barbara.
Il blocco, aperto da Christian Core nei primi anni 2000, era stato valutato 8A+, e aveva avuto una ripetizione ad opera di Dai Koyamada nel 2008. Nel frattempo, nel corso degli anni, una presa si è deteriorata, rendendo decisamente più impegnativo il boulder. In base a questo Elias propone una valutazione di 8B+.
"I’m certain that over the years, the central hold of the crux has broken and become smaller, since even during my sessions, tiny fragments of rock would remain under my fingertips.
Now it feels solid but you can never be sure."
"Regarding the difficulty:
It was previously proposed as 8a+ by the legend @corechristian and repeated by another legend, @dai_koyamada .
I don’t think it has seen any other repeats over these long years.
I feel confident suggesting an upgrade to a hard 8b+, even though it’s very close to several “easy” 8c’s I’ve climbed around the world."
