Molto proficuo il viaggio a Rocklands di Michael Piccolruaz, il quale riesce a risolvere una lunga lista di boulders di alta difficoltà.
Il più impegnativo di questi è "The Smile", 8C, alta e spettacolare linea che richiede grande decisione nel lancio finale.
"Sticking the jump to the lip from the ground, having to commit 100%, not thinking of any potential hand slip, any consequential weird fall from that height, took some effort."
Di grande rilievo anche la salita flash di "Shakey Warrior" 8B+ (video).
"'Shakey Warrior' (8B+) - Flash
I already wanted to try giving 'Shakey' a good flash go last year. I kept postponing it, trying other things, and time ran out. This year almost the same thing happened."
Per lui anche altri tre 8B+: sempre a Rocklands sale "Cosmic Artifact", "Ménage à trois" e "Mirta", quest'ultimo situato nell'area di Topside.
